What is the shipping policy within India?
Shipping inside India is free of cost for prepaid orders and Rs.100 will be charged for COD orders, we use reliable courier companies like Ecom Express, Expressbees, Amazon Express, and India Post Air to ship the products which are completely insured. Generally, for Cash on Delivery orders, the courier company calls you before delivery. At the time of receiving the parcel, make sure that you must make a 360o Video while opening the parcel. Otherwise, we are not liable for any damage.
Can we reschedule the delivery date?
In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for redelivery or you can pick it up from their location.
We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
What is the shipping turnaround time?
The product is dispatched within 24 working hours from the time the order is placed and post-dispatch, the delivery timeline is 3 to 4 working days.

At Stree Fashion, itβs our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Stree Fashion website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
At Stree Fashion We have a 72-hour return policy, which gives you an option to return items purchased from Streefashion.com for any reason within 72 hours of receipt of the item.

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:
All product tags are intact and in their original packaging.
The product must be unused.
Products must be in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
Please Note: For all claims related to receiving missing items or the wrong product, we advise you to share video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within 24 working hours from the date of delivery. We may not be able to entertain claims of missing products being received without video proof of unboxing.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Returns are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
Note: In case the order has been processed through different warehouses and if a return is required to be raised, it should be returned with respect to the same package.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO STREE FASHION, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
Create a 'Return Request'' under the βMy Ordersβ section of the Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Returnβ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us based on the return mode.
We offer a pick-up facility for the address used while placing an order.
Or To raise a return request please drop us an email at care@streefashion.com and we will process your request. Kindly share the order ID, product name and product SKU in the email to avoid confusion.
Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick-up.
FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.
We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no.: 8373924614
NOTE:
1) We will not be responsible if the wrong product is handed over by you to the delivery person at the time of pickup & that is not considered from our end, refund will not be initiated.
2) The customer needs to self-ship the goods from their side and we will reimburse the shipping costs (Max - Rs.100) if the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup.
