    Returns

      • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

    3. Refunds:

      • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

    4. Return Shipping:

      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

    Exchanges

    1. Eligibility:

      • Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for items in their original condition and packaging.

      • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Provide photos of the damage/defect along with your order details. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
